主讲人简介：Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Glänzel is Full Professor at KU Leuven and Director of the Centre for R&D Monitoring. His research scopes cover across various topics in quantitative science studies, scientometrics and informetrics, with famous innovative works in research evaluation on all levels and more than 300 articles in international journals. He is also Senior Scientist at the Dept. Science Policy & Scientometrics at the Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest, as well as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Scientometrics. In 1999, Prof. Glänzel received the international Derek deSolla Price Award for outstanding contributions to the quantitative studies of science.
